Responsibilities
Training through Sandler sales program
Join salespeople on sales calls with high ranking prospects
Initiate sales conversations to help grow the business
Manage a small sales team to track process and outcome
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications
Industrial Gas and Welding experience mandatory
Willing to be hands on in the field and at the plant
3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
Strong sales background
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
